QA-6.10 Project Information

All As-Built projects and hardcopy/pdf plans shall include the following:

1. Project name/plan title.
2. Plan revision.
3. Stamped or noted as being an As-Built
4. Company name.
5. Consent Holder’s name.
6. Consent Holder’s Representatives name.
7. Council drawing number (supplied at the time of Development Works Approval).
8. Resource Consent number.
9. Signed certification by a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor or Chartered Professional Engineer.
10. Date when signed or certified.
11. Scale.
12. Notes (where applicable for each asset).
13. Lot boundaries as submitted to Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) including legal description and table of easements.
14. Lot numbers.
15. Street names.
16. Datum reference.
17. Origin Benchmark reference, reduced level, coordinates and coordinate system.
18. Method of survey e.g. total station, GPS etc.
19. North point.
20. Existing assets (showing Asset ID’s) where connected to or alignment is such that existing information is relevant e.g. crossing service lines.
21. Abandoned assets.
