QA-6.14 Delivery Media for As-Built Plans and Supporting Information

As-Built plans and supporting information shall be submitted in .pdf electronic form.

1. The acceptable media for providing digital data files (in priority order) are:
   1. Email files sent to asbuilt@tauranga.govt.nz.
   2. External "USB" storage device.
   3. CD-ROM.
2. The medium shall be clearly labelled with the:
   1. Development/project name.
   2. Council assigned Resource Consent number.
   3. Council assigned Drawing number.
