A complete As-Built Information package shall be supplied as follows: 

  1. No less than 10 full working days before the final formal subdivision site inspection occurs. 
  2. Prior to award of Practical Completion for Council Capital Works, unless stated otherwise by a Condition of Contract in the Contract Documentation.
  3. No more than 10 full working days after construction completion of an asset under Council Maintenance Works, unless stated otherwise by a Condition of Contract in the Contract Documentation.
  4. No more than 10 full working days after construction completion of an asset under Service Connection Works.
