Once the complete As-Built Information package has been received, Council staff perform a secondary check of both the hardcopy and electronic information to identify if there are any anomalies or any information missing. Council have introduced electronic As-Built requirements to help speed up this process, however this does not absolve the provider of the As-Builts of their responsibility to ensure the As-Built Information provided is correct. Council will not accept As-Built information that is not correctly and accurately provided.

Councils Projects Engineer and/or Development Engineer will use the As-Built Information as a means to ensure all assets are in place and fit for use prior to acceptance by Council.
