All works applicable to the bond shall be listed on a Bonded Works Schedule. The works listed are the only works subject to the bond value. Neither party can add or delete works from the bond schedule without formal and mutual agreement.
All bonded works shall be undertaken by a Council Approved Contractor if undertaken on land vested in Council i.e. Road Corridors or Reserves owned by Council.
All requirements of DS-11 Road Zone Occupancy shall be adhered to including any costs associated with permissions or permits to perform the works.
Explanatory Note:
It is a requirement for all contractors working on Council owned land to be health & safety pre-qualified with Council. This is to satisfy the requirements of Council under the
Health & Safety Act.
