CS-1.14 Emergency

If during construction works any situation arises whereby the security of the public, property or the operation of any public facility is endangered, the General Manager: Infrastructure Services may instruct the Consent Holder's Representative to carry out such remedial measures required to remove the danger. Any such works shall be completed at the expense of the Consent Holder.
