IT-1 Appendix C.9 Major Defects Requiring Immediate Attention

If the CCTV provider identifies any of the following defects, they are to immediately notify the Council:

  1. Pipe Broken (L severity).
  2. Pipe Collapsed (L severity).
  3. Deformed Pipe (L severity).
  4. Tomo (L severity).
  5. Any defects where it is evident that tomos are forming outside the pipe.
