Where the required information is not provided to Council in full or is incorrect, Council will not commence, or will cease (when it is discovered that information is missing) its Development Works Approval review. Council will notify the Consent Holder's Representative in writing summarising where any issues have occurred and a copy of the documents shall be returned to the Consent Holder's Representative.
A new Development Works Approval shall be provided to Council for further review.
It is unreasonable to expect Council to process applications that are not fully complete and inclusive of all information. In order to initiate efficient processing outcomes, it is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that all information that Council requires to make decisions is provided as a whole so it can be assessed appropriately
